What is Good Hotel all about?

First and foremost, every Good Hotel is designed for a great night’s sleep. And every time you stay with us, you’re doing good. We’re a social business, which means we donate 100% of our profits to help people in our communities and others around the world.

What time is check in and when do I have to check out?

Check-in any time after 3:00 pm, check-out any time before 11:00 am.

What if I’m arriving early or I want to check out later?

We do offer early check-in late check-out, but if it’s a busy time we might have to charge a fee. Get in touch with the team the day before you due to arrive or leave.

You can store your bags with us for 24 hours before, during or after your stay, free of charge. This offer excludes group bookings. If you need help carrying your luggage, we’ll send someone to give you a hand.

How is my room guaranteed?

Prepaid non-refundable rate
This is paid in full when you make the booking. When you check-in, you’ll need to show your ID and the card used to make the booking. This type of booking can’t be changed or refunded if you have to cancel.
The total cost of the nights booked will be charged if:
— you don’t show up
— leave before the last day of your booking
— need to cancel at the last minute

Flexible rate
This type of booking can be changed or cancelled free of charge. You’ll need to let us know before 3pm one (1) day before you arrive.

Full payment is taken after 3pm one (1) day before you’re due to arrive. After this time the booking
becomes non-refundable and it won’t be possible to make changes or cancelations.
The total cost of the nights booked will be charged if:
— you don’t show up
— leave before the last day of your booking
— need to cancel at the last minute

I need to cancel my reservation

If you made a flexible booking directly with us, you can cancel or change your booking free of charge 24 hours before you’re due to arrive.

The total cost of the nights booked will be charged if cancelations or changes are made less than 24 hours before arrival; or if your booking is non-refundable.

How do I cancel my booking?

If you have to cancel your reservation, please give us a call or send us an email. Make sure you have your booking reference to hand.

If you booked through a travel agent or third party, different cancellations policies might apply. Please contact your travel agent or third party directly if you'd like to make any modifications to your booking.

I don’t have a credit or debit card, can I still make a reservation?

Unfortunately not. You’ll need to use a valid credit or debit card when you book to secure the room.

For prepaid bookings, the total cost of your stay will come out of your account when you make the booking. And you’ll need to show that same card, along with ID, to us when you check-in.

Do you accept group bookings?

We sure do. Bookings of 9 or more rooms in London, and 5 or more rooms in Guatemala, are considered group bookings.

Is the hotel accessible?

Facilities throughout the hotel are wheelchair accessible. If you'd like to book an accessible room, let us know when you book and we’ll make sure we have one available. We can also help with a disabled parking space.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets are allowed on the Roof Terrace and in the Living Room. Pets aren’t allowed in the
bedrooms (except for service dogs) so they’ll have to sleep at home.

Do you have a spa?

We don’t have a spa, but we know all the best places in town. In-room massages are available. Call reception for a list of treatments, prices and available appointments.

Do you have a gym?

We don’t have a gym but we regularly host health and fitness classes like yoga, pilates and HIIT. If you’re into jogging, we highly recommend catching the sunrise or sunset on a route next to the river. We can also recommend a range of local gyms.

Is there WiFi?

High-speed, free WiFi can be accessed anywhere in our hotels.

Do the rooms have TVs?

We made a decision not to include TVs in our rooms. We want to encourage people to hang out in The Living Room. There’s plenty of room to read, get some work done, meet up with friends or make some new ones. We have iPads to borrow free of charge (we’ll just hold a deposit while you use it).

What about food and drink?

Our sustainable kitchen is open every day, serving tasty vegetarian and vegan-friendly dishes.

Breakfast
Wake up to a tasty continental breakfast from 7am until 11am Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, breakfast starts at 8am and finishes at 12 noon so you can enjoy an extra hour’s sleep.

Lunch and Dinner
Our restaurant serves delicious, healthy food from 12 noon until 10pm Monday to Saturday and 12:30pm until 9pm on Sundays.

Drinks
The Living Room bar is open until 11pm every day. You can also head up to The Roof bar and take in panoramic views of London, open 12 noon until 9pm all Summer.

Water
Tap water is completely safe to drink here. And when you’re not in your room, there are always plenty of jugs of water available in the Living Room.

Do you offer room service?

We don’t offer room service but our restaurant serves vegetarian and vegan-friendly dishes all day.
