On 9 October 2022 Good Hotel London hosted the Taste of Good Dinner to the most interesting share stories of Ninos de Guatemala and Good Hotel. For this special occasion, Debora Fadul, Good Hotel Guatemala City's residents' chef, came over. Debora is a leading voice in Latin American cuisine, extremely focused on local sourcing and on growing awareness of the value of local food traditions and ingredients.
